Handmade Item Return Policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of all the items in my shop, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at freya@freyasknitsandknots.com within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase, with pictures and details of the product and the defect.Product must be in it’s original packaging. Please also include your order number and your email address.
Upon receipt of the information, I will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5 business days. If the item has been deemed defective l will let you know that you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of the defective item. If you choose to have it replaced there will be additional shipping fees,(keep in mind I am a small business). If you decide on a refund you will have the choice of store credit or a refund of the purchase price less any shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be sent via the original method of payment.
