I offer first class, flat rate shipping. Packages are taken to the Post Office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
You will receive the tracking and expected delivery time via email.
So you think your order has been delivered and you don’t see it.
First, check your tracking number. You’ll find it in the email I sent you letting you know your order is on the way. If it says delivered, please check with your neighbors. Sometimes things get put in the wrong mailbox. After all, mailmen/women are human and humans can make mistakes.
If you still can’t find your package, contact me and I will contact the post office.
You can contact me via e-mail by responding to the email I sent you about your order. If you would rather start a fresh e-mail you can do that too. You can email me at freya@freyasknitsandknots.com please include your order number and your name.
You can also contact me by filling out the ‘contact me’ form on my website. Please include your order number.
If we are unable to locate your order, I will remake your order or offer you store credit less the shipping fee. You will be offered free shipping on replacement items.
Delivery times vary. You should receive your order anywhere from 3-10 business days, depending on your location, from the day it’s been mailed.
I accept PayPal, Venmo, and most debit and credit cards.
