Can I make a change to an order I’ve already placed?
You’ve placed an order but realize you forgot to add a product, or you want to order more of one product and forgot to change the quantity.
You are in luck my friend! You have 3 hours from the time you place an order to contact me and add on to your order. I will invoice you for the extra products and that way you won’t be charged an extra shipping fee.

I’ve got good news and I’ve got bad news for you.
Good news is you can either e-mail me at freya@freyasknitsandknots.com or fill out the ‘contact form’ to let me know.
Now for the bad news. Because just about everything on my site is made to order you only have 15 minutes from the time you placed the order to let me know you made a mistake.
If it’s been longer than 15 minutes, please still reach out. If I haven’t started to make your order then there is still time to fix your mistake. 🙂
I will work with you to get the right product or a refund for the unwanted product.

So you think your order has been delivered and you don’t see it.
First, check your tracking number. You’ll find it in the email I sent you letting you know your order is on the way. If it says delivered, please check with your neighbors. Sometimes things get put in the wrong mailbox. After all, mailmen/women are human and humans can make mistakes.
If you still can’t find your package, contact me and I will contact the post office.

You can also contact me by filling out the ‘contact me’ form on my website. Please include your order number.
If we are unable to locate your order, I will remake your order or offer you store credit less the shipping fee. You will be offered free shipping on replacement items.
